How long does shipping take?
Total delivery is 6 to 9 business days: 1 to 2 business days to process and 5 to 7 business days in transit.

Returns and Refunds
How can I return an item?
Email support@fixtus.com with your order number to request a return. We send instructions once your request is approved.
How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
What if my item is defective?
For a confirmed defect we issue a refund and you do not need to return the item.
